FaceForward Picnic 2080: A Day of Adventure, Bonding, and Serenity

Welcome to the Face Forward Clinic blog! Today, we're taking a break from our usual discussions on beauty and wellness to share a special event that our team recently experienced - the FaceForward Picnic 2080! It was a beautiful day when our team decided to take a break from our busy schedules and enjoy some time together in nature. We hit the road on an off-road adventure, and it was filled with excitement and adventure. The bumpy ride only added to the fun, and we were all eagerly looking forward to what was to come. Our destination was the Chitlang Resort, a beautiful and serene spot nestled in the heart of nature. We stayed there for a while, enjoying each other's company and relishing some delicious food. We also took part in some fun games and activities, which helped us to bond even more as a team. After spending some time at the resort, we decided to head towards the Kulkekhani Dam. It was a breathtaking sight, and we were all in awe of the sheer beauty of the place. We decided to go boating, and it was an exhilarating experience. The cool breeze and the sound of water made us all feel so relaxed and at peace. As we headed back, we all felt so grateful for this amazing day we had spent together. It was a memorable experience, and we knew that it would stay with us for a long time. The FaceForward Picnic 2080 was truly a day to remember, and we are so glad that we had the opportunity to experience it together as a team.

Colorful Celebrations, Glowing Skin: Pre and Post-Holi Skin Care Tips by Faceforward Nepal

As one of the most vibrant and colorful festivals in Nepal, Holi is a time for celebration and joy. However, the colors and chemicals used during the festival can be harsh on your skin, leaving it dry, irritated, and sensitive. That's why it's important to take proper care of your skin both before and after Holi. In this blog, we will share some pre and post-Holi skin care tips by Faceforward Nepal that will help you maintain healthy and glowing skin during and after the festival. Pre-Holi Skin Care Tips: Moisturize your skin: Before you head out to play with colors, make sure to moisturize your skin well. Apply a generous amount of moisturizer on your face, neck, and other exposed areas of your body. This will help to create a barrier between your skin and the colors, protecting it from damage. Apply sunscreen: It's important to apply good quality sunscreen before going out to play Holi. Sunscreen will protect your skin from harmful UV rays and prevent sunburns. Choose a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 and apply it for at least 20 minutes before stepping out in the sun. Oil your hair: Apply a generous amount of coconut oil or any other hair oil to your hair and scalp before stepping out to play Holi. This will protect your hair from damage and make it easier to wash off the colors later. Post-Holi Skin Care Tips: Cleanse your skin: The first thing you should do after playing Holi is wash off the colors from your skin. Use a gentle cleanser or face wash to remove the colors and dirt from your skin. Avoid using hot water as it can strip off the natural oils from your skin and make it dry. Exfoliate your skin: Use a gentle exfoliating scrub to remove any remaining color or dirt from your skin. Exfoliation will also help to get rid of dead skin cells and reveal brighter and smoother skin. Moisturize your skin: After cleansing and exfoliating, it's important to moisturize your skin well. Apply a good quality moisturizer to your face and body to replenish the lost moisture and keep your skin hydrated. Avoid using makeup: Avoid using makeup for a day or two after playing Holi. Your skin may be sensitive and prone to irritation, so it's best to give it some time to heal and recover. In conclusion, Holi is a time for celebration and fun, but it's important to take proper care of your skin to avoid any damage. By following these pre and post-Holi skin care tips by Faceforward Nepal, you can ensure that your skin remains healthy and glowing even after the festival. Happy Holi!
